This film has hovered in my mind for a long time — a quiet story I always knew I had to tell. I began with a simple handwritten idea on paper, just a few lines capturing the feeling of weightlessness and grief. From there, I used ChatGPT to help develop and refine the narrative, shaping it into a first-person poetic monologue that captured the mood I was chasing: quiet, surreal, and emotional. My workflow was iterative and intuitive. I used text-to-image AI tools to visualize each scene, prompting and refining step by step based on tone, lighting, and atmosphere. I made adjustments as I went, constantly balancing story, pacing, and visual impact. As the images came together, I layered in sound — subtle effects, ambient textures, and a haunting score that echoed the emotional core of the story. Throughout the process, I let feeling guide the form. Every choice — from the silence between scenes to the soft color grading — was deliberate. This wasn’t just about telling a story. It was about creating an emotional space the viewer could float inside of, too.
