Jamien Sills is an independent AI filmmaker and founder of HERUS Studios, an original creative production company based in Memphis, TN. With nearly three decades of experience spanning footwear design, branding, graphic novels, and cinematic storytelling, his work sits at the intersection of craft, technology, and myth.He is currently directing The Order of Herus, an AI-assisted animated feature set in an Afrofuturist sci-fi universe of his own creation. Before today's character consistency tools existed, he produced a 56-page graphic novel using a custom workflow of over 30,000 curated images across five months, an early proof that AI is only as powerful as the taste and system behind it.His practice is built on cinematic composition, worldbuilding, and emotionally-driven story.
