To celebrate his work, SHAIKE is launching a dedicated NOCTARI Series collection, bringing together every episode of the project in one place.
A Story That Started Unexpectedly
The idea behind NOCTARI came from a surprisingly simple moment.
“I got the inspiration from a friend of mine, an Asian female model, that was playing around with a sword.”
From that image, an entire universe began to take shape.
A Bigger Story Ahead
NOCTARI has been conceived as a long-form project from the beginning.
Ten episodes are planned, followed by a feature-length version bringing the complete story together.
Jakob also shared what’s coming next.
“As soon as possible there will be a feature film made together with an investor.”
YouTube Embraced the Series
The series has attracted a strong audience on YouTube.
Jakob did not expect this much success, at least not in the extreme way YouTube embraced it.
The success demonstrates the growing appetite for original AI-native stories and serialized storytelling.
AI as a Creative Language
For Jakob, AI is not the destination.
It’s the beginning.
“It’s a great way to make moods. Noctari is not a final product. It may be if it’s made for real.”
Rather than replacing filmmaking, AI allows creators to prototype worlds, experiment with visual storytelling, and develop projects that may eventually become traditional productions.
Looking Ahead
NOCTARI is already distributed beyond YouTube, and Jakob remains open to new opportunities.
“Everything depends on what they’re willing to pay, of course.”
