AI Film and Creativity Festival in London
As part of our ongoing exploration of AI driven filmmaking and creative practices, SHAIKE is highlighting the Bionic Awards, an AI film and creativity festival taking place in London.
The Bionic Awards brings together work created with AI across a wide range of formats. The awards span twelve categories, from cinematic short films and advertising campaigns to creative and artistic installations, reflecting the growing diversity of AI based creation.
Bionic AI Creativity Summit
Finalists selected for the Bionic Awards are invited to take part in the Bionic AI Creativity Summit, held at Rich Mix in London on March 5.
The summit offers a space for creators, filmmakers and industry professionals to connect and exchange around AI driven creativity, filmmaking and advertising.
Judging Panel
The judging panel includes leading AI creators alongside professionals from the film and advertising industries.
According to the festival, jurors include Ryan Phillips and Brandon Baum, as well as representatives from ITV, Pinewood Studios, WPP and Uncommon Studios.
Submission Deadline and Tools
The submission deadline for the Bionic Awards is January 15.
This deadline coincides with an Adobe promotion offering unlimited free video generation credits until January 15, giving creators an opportunity to experiment with AI tools ahead of submission. The festival accepts work created using any tools.
