Eliott HOURLIER - Octys

I am a Paris-based filmmaker and creative director working at the intersection of cinema and artificial intelligence. Founder of Octys Studio, I develop original film projects, AI-generated content, and creative training programs across French and international markets. In parallel, I work as a production director and first AD at Indigènes Productions on documentary and fiction projects, including an ARTE co-production.My AI films have won multiple international awards including the Grand Prize at the Jeju AI Global Film Festival (selected from 1,210 films across 95 countries) and Best Short Film (3rd place) at AFRICA AI CREATIVITY WEEK & AWARDS 2026 (Marrakech - Marocco over 1400 films). My latest project TERRA, a science-fiction feature, is currently in development for the Future Vision XPRIZE (2026).
