Md Shaiful Islam is an AI filmmaker based in Bangladesh. His short film DIGNITY — about a man who spends twelve years being called "Company" instead of his own name, offered a bribe, and choosing dignity over money — is an Official Selection at the Australian AI Film Awards 2026. His work centers on solving AI filmmaking's hardest technical problem: character consistency across dozens of shots and camera angles, paired with emotionally grounded performance. He works across Midjourney, Runway, and generative video tools to tell character-driven stories rooted in everyday life in Bangladesh.
