Loong Bong

I'm a writer-director from Kuching, Malaysia. By day I'm a strategy consultant on public-sector transport and infrastructure projects. Before that, I spent five years as a chemical engineer in oil and gas.I've always been making things on the side. My music reached Malaysia's Hitz.fm English Top 10 in 2020. But a film was never within reach of one person with a full-time job, and AI generation tools changed that. Grandpa Fish (さかなのおじいちゃん), a story I've carried in my head since 2021, is my first proof-of-concept film trailer, made solo over ten weeks of evenings and weekends.
