Alina Bardavid

Alina Bardavid is an audiovisual artist working between the porous boundaries of fiction, documentary and experimental video, combining different technologies with handcraft dedication processes. Since 2014 she has been active in Argentina’s independent music scene and textile-related projects, and since 2019 has expanded her practice to other forms of the digital: syntography, sound, electronics and coding. She creates raw, clumsy collages where DIY meets AI’s black box and where sound and video collide in playful visceral experiments. Her practice unfolds in hybrid processes, a space where the tangible and the intangible twist into an audiovisual perversion.
