Organized by RX France, in partnership with EuropIA, the City of Cannes, and the Alpes-Maritimes Department, WAICF has rapidly established itself as a key meeting point for the global AI ecosystem, bringing together decision-makers, researchers, entrepreneurs, and institutions shaping the future of artificial intelligence at scale.

The 2026 program introduces several major highlights designed to reflect the growing maturity of the AI ecosystem.
One of the key additions is the Summit of Elected Officials, organized in partnership with the Association of Mayors of France and the Assembly of French Departments. This summit will bring together 150 elected representatives to address how AI can modernize public services, optimize local investments, and enhance territorial performance.
Another major focus is the Health AI Summit, held under the patronage of the European Society for AI in Health (ESAIH). This track will explore concrete AI applications in healthcare, including predictive medicine, assisted diagnosis, hospital optimization, and the discovery of new treatments.
For the first time, WAICF will also host an exclusive evening event at the Majestic Hotel, bringing together speakers, sponsors, and decision-makers in a more private setting dedicated to high-level networking and strategic discussions.
