In the underground world of THE SIEVE, a bee-people colony survives under the rule of towering Keeper figures who control every resource, movement, and thought. KOVA is born into this system as a worker, shaped from birth to serve without question. When cracks begin to show in the colony’s order, KOVA becomes the flashpoint for a rebellion that has been building in silence for generations.
The film follows KOVA’s transformation from obedient subject to symbol of resistance, set against a hive world built from scale, ritual, and control. Giant Keeper figures loom over every frame, their presence a constant reminder of who holds power. As the rebellion grows, KOVA is forced to choose between the safety of compliance and the cost of standing against the only system she has ever known.
