CHEAT

Hybrid production using AI, titled „CHEAT”. The work which is on the intersection of film with my own painting, a peculiar collaboration with the machine.
The film intertwines my painting into AI generated video. In the process I used a flow with interconnected series of the still frames, then generating less than 10s video episodes which subsequently I edited into a final sequence.
The hero morphs and dives and emerges in an “otherworldly web”. This realm is an expression of AI’s contact with a human who wakes it up by questions. This is an autotelic story about our mutual collective endeavour/pursuance to express.
TOOLS: Krea, Midjourney, Claude, Da Vinci Resolve. Movie prepared by me during a workshop with Jacek Nagłowski (Plenery Film Spring Open 2024), music composed for this project by Tomasz Wełna.
