OPUS Film Awards is the definitive awards ceremony for AI cinema in the UK, launching 12th November 2026 in London. A curated event celebrating the very best in AI filmmaking, OPUS brings together an international community of filmmakers, a jury of genuine industry figures, and ten award categories spanning short film, feature, animation, documentary, music video and more. Submissions are open now via FilmFreeway and opusfilmawards.com, with a deadline of 5th September 2026. Founded by Chanade Roberts, an AI filmmaker with an MSc in Artificial Intelligence and an official selection at the AI Film Awards Cannes 2026, OPUS exists to recognise craft and champion the creators shaping the future of cinema.
