Terms and Conditions
1. All entries must be subtitled in English or Chinese.（Except for movies without dialogue）If the movie has dialogue but no subtitles, it will be directly disqualified.
2.Duration requirement: 3-60 minutes
3.There is no limit on the subject, no type, and no limit on the year of completion
4.Best Progress Award ( Rule description ):You need to submit two films of the same director at the same time, one is the worst film before and the one is the best film now. The two films have the biggest gap between them. Win the Best Progress Award and will win the registration fee of other contestants.
