Against the Wind

This film is a visual poem exploring the price of freedom. Using the dreamlike and fluid nature of Generative AI, I wanted to literalize the metaphor of ‘breaking the mold.’ The aesthetic draws inspiration from the metaphysical art of Giorgio de Chirico and the atmospheric textures of Zdzisław Beksiński to create a timeless, museum-like world. The transition from stone to light represents the shedding of social conditioning, turning the hallucinations of AI into a narrative device about the human soul.
