Erdem Goktepe

Dr. Erdem Göktepe is an academician and director at Istanbul Commerce University, Department ofVisual Communication Design. With a Ph.D. in visual culture and filmmaking training from the New York FilmAcademy, Dr. Göktepe bridges the gap between traditional animation principles and cutting-edge technology. Hisprofessional career includes directing animations and documentaries for major institutions such as TRT and TürkTelekom. Recently, his work focuses on the intersection of Generative AI and pedagogical storytelling, aiming tocreate emotionally resonant narratives for children. He is the creator of "The Adventures of Papito," a project thatchampions the "AI-Orchestrated Studio" model for independent creators.
