LISBON LORAS is going outdoors. 🎬 ​On September 24, LISBON LORAS returns for a special outdoor cinema night in Caparica, in collaboration with MiniMax, bringing together AI filmmaking, live demos, screenings, music, food, drinks, and community all under the Lisbon night sky. ​This edition is built around MiniMax H3, with a selection of films from the H3 Open Call presented as part of the outdoor cinema program. ​We’ll also be joined by Arlo aka Alexandre Garnier, a Paris-based film director working across cinema and generative AI, for a guest talk and showcase of his work. ​Our Supporting Partner, Mirelo, will join us for a live presentation and demo of their AI audio technology for visual media. ​As always, this is not just about watching it’s about being in the space, connecting with other creators, exchanging ideas, sharing work and spending the evening together as a community. ​What’s happening: ​⌁ 5:00 PM — Doors open DJ, drinks, food & conversations ​⌁ 7:15 PM — Welcome LISBON LORAS ​⌁ 7:30 PM — Mirelo Supporting Partner Mirelo is a European frontier AI research lab building state-of-the-art generative video-to-sound models. His work includes the first fully AI-generated commercial film for Orange, as well as projects for LVMH, Cartier, Dior and Longchamp.
